We had a great day on board the boat just two of us. We covered a great section of the coast all the way down to point Jean. We were provided with all kinds of fresh fruit and drinks.

We had an amazing day on the Capelli Tempest 40! The boat was felt brand new — fully equipped with everything we needed: dishes, towels, a SUP board, and snorkeling.

Really an incredible way to see the cote D’azur. Oleksandr and his daughter Zlata were excellent and adjusted the itinerary to our preference, including stopping in Monaco.

Why rent a boat on the French Riviera?
Whether for a weekend escape or a full week of adventure, renting a boat on the French Riviera is the perfect way to enjoy the Mediterranean. This iconic coastline offers stunning scenery, clear waters, and charming towns — best explored by boat.
The French Riviera is home to major ports like Nice, Cannes, Antibes, and Monaco, each offering well-equipped marinas with hundreds of berths for yachts, sailboats, and catamarans. From any of these ports, you can access hidden coves, scenic bays, and famous coastal towns.
Sail along the Bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer, drop anchor in Antibes, cruise to glamorous Cannes or even reach Saint-Tropez. Prefer speed and thrill? Rent a motorboat, RIB, or jet-ski for an unforgettable ride.

Where to sail on the French Riviera?
Renting a boat on the French Riviera gives you access to some of the Mediterranean’s most breathtaking destinations. From iconic cities to secret coves, the Riviera coastline is full of unforgettable sailing experiences.
Monaco
A one-day boat rental is enough to reach Monaco, the jewel of the French Riviera. As you arrive by sea, the view is spectacular — cliffs, yachts, and the iconic skyline of the principality. From the royal palace to the famous casino, Monaco offers a luxury escape like no other. It’s the perfect start — or highlight — of your Riviera cruise.
Saint-Tropez
Sailing west, you’ll reach Saint-Tropez — known for glamour, but loved for its charm. Discover the Old Port, wander cobbled streets, and admire the luxury yachts lining the marina. It’s where history meets style on the French Riviera.
Cannes & the Lérins Islands
Cannes is a must-stop for any boat trip on the French Riviera. Visit the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, and enjoy the view of the bay. Just offshore, the Lérins Islands — Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat — offer calm waters, nature, and historic beauty. These islands are a favorite among local sailors.
The Hyères Islands & Île d’Or
Further west lies the Hyères archipelago, one of the Riviera’s natural treasures. Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and the Levant Island are known for crystal-clear water and peaceful anchorages. Dive, snorkel, or simply relax in the untouched beauty of Anse du Parfait or Anse du Bon Renaud.
Corsica
Ready for a longer trip? Set sail to Corsica — the Isle of Beauty. Explore the Sanguinaires Islands, the Lavezzi Islands, or the red cliffs of the Calanques de Piana. A true paradise for experienced sailors, Corsica is the crown jewel just beyond the Riviera.
When is the best time to rent a boat on the French Riviera?
The French Riviera enjoys a mild, sunny climate year-round, making it a top destination for boat rentals. The best time to charter a yacht or rent a boat is between May and October, when the Mediterranean waters are warm and calm.
